To whom this may concern, 

My name is Elizabeth and I represent the NACC public awareness organization. We are a dedicated team of individuals reaching out for government support for our mission of preventing young adults from the adverse effects of nicotine, alcohol, cannabis, and caffeine. These four substances are amongst the most commonly used and abused by young adults who may develop addictions that affect all of the pillars of emerging adulthood. We strive to contain and manage what we deem temporary drug situations consisting of all young adults, from those who have only considered the use of drugs to those who are on the verge of addiction. 

Our goal is to financially support those who cannot afford the assistance necessary for substance use and abuse. Our financial priorities are to establish facilities staffed with a dedicated team to delegate outreach, securing donors and marketing to our target audience of high school and university students, as well as developing an advisory board of medical doctors, psychologists, and social workers, all of whom have past experience dealing with addiction and substance abuse. Our current plan of action is to successfully house and assist fifty at risk young adults, and expand towards one hundred once we successfully attain government grants. You can choose to influence and create a beautiful life of health and happiness for those who may need the help and hope that all humans have a right to throughout their lives.
